I visited this branch to make a cash deposit into my business banking account. I was met at the door by a woman who seemed to be bothered that there was even a customer coming inside. She said to me “this is a cashless office and it says it on the door” im a very rude tone. The sign on the door reads “Cash at this location is available by ATM only.” It does not state that you all don’t receive cash deposits. It would have been ok, it’s just that the person who met me at the door was rude and condescending.
Taskeen is an angel, she is so sweet. Everything went smooth, the customer service is amazing, great experience.
One of the worst bank to banking for your daily need. I cannot take out cash from my account. They dont know why atm is not dispensing more than $50. They dont knw if the issue is with my devit card limit. They told me, go to full service branch.
