Julie was a great help and awesome to talk to along with all of the other staff members there.
Cashless branch. For any transactions you have to stand outside in an ATM with no privacy, and the sun blocking the screen. No ATM found inside to at least have some privacy and comfort while doing your transactions as most cashless branches. Highly dissatisfied and when I explained the issue to the agent inside was told to just go to another branch as there was nothing they could do. The usual PNC awful customer service experience.
If I go to the bank I want to go in the bank in the air conditioning to deposit a check the ATM is the only way to deposit money here and it's in the sun you can't read the screen due to the sunlight shining directly on the screen and it's 100° outside. I would give PNC zero Stars if possible, why say that you're a bank when really it's just an ATM spot
Shout out to Taskeen for having the best customer service! She is always so welcoming and will answer all my questions. She takes the time to not only talk about my banking needs but to also ask how my day is going.
