Before forming a relationship with PNC Bank looking for a Heloc loan I read reviews about banking with PNC and they were not good. People said they were the most backward and difficult bank to deal with. I didn't believe the reviews, but found out they were right after I got the loan and needed help from time to time. Very friendly and helpful staff
I came into the US1 location, and needed to speak to a banker about my new business account. I was set up with Max who was filling in from the A1A beach location for the day. I just wanted to make sure I gave him the recognition and thanks he deserves for helping me set everything up. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I felt like my questions were answered and that I left there feeling confident and comfortable. Thank you Max.
Keep getting hacked, wouldn't recommend
Was only person in building when I walked in and took banker 20 minutes for a cashier check. Helped other people while I was waiting.
