Let me just start off and say how wonderful Jennifer is at this location. I had an issue with my account, and was planning on changing banks when I walked into the branch. Mrs.Jennifer took me into her office, and got on the phone. She started working on my issue with my account. It took us four long hours, but she was not giving up until she resolved my issue.
