Excellent Bank. Very attentive to customer needs. Extremely friendly. Best Bank I have ever dealt with. If you have an issue...you call...it is taken care of. Kudos to the entire staff.
I tried to open a account and Am very very disappointed by the branch executive. Its not 1920 right? I went to the branch two times already and she wanted me to come back for god knows how many more times to open a account. I am shocked to see how she and nora dealt with me. They didn’t value my time. The lady was very confused on opening an account. It looks like they need more training on how to use there system and customer service skills.
