I go to the bank to get a new card.The banker tells me to see the teller.The teller tells me to see the banker wasting all extra tone for new reasoning , both heavy ability to cut a card and I already know that
Bad experience with unprofessional branch banker went in to change adress on my business account and she told me i have to do it on the phone with customer service. Called customer service and I was told its done at the branch. Went back again to the same person told her that its done in the branch and now she want some proof that I changed the adress and told me she can get me an apointment with the manager .all alone adress changes are done online when i call back the customer service again I find a person who nows what sh... read more

I love PNC. I have been with them almost 10 years and I wouldn't go to any other bank. 5 stars all day
