I just want to say this is a wonderful branch the manage lady Tara was wonderful. I mean she went out her way to come out in that heat to assist me in my car running back-and-forth open the account for me. Her Assistance was just amazing. she is the reason why I got my situation done thanks. She definitely deserve a raise at any cause she deserve a raise.
This branch is phenomenal. I’ve worked customer service my whole life and they are prime examples of how to treat your clients. They go above and beyond to help. I’m glad I chose to stop in and create an account here it’s changed my whole outlook at what a local branch can be. Keep it up!. It’s not unnoticed and speaks volumes of the character of your staff. 10/10
This PNC Bank branch is the best. I've been banking with PNC for several years and I enjoy the combination of solid online banking technology and their approach to personal customer service. I specifically want to recognize Ashley Pena in branch banking and Tara the branch manager for providing a high level of personal service when it comes to investment options.
