This PNC Bank branch is the best. I've been banking with PNC for several years and I enjoy the combination of solid online banking technology and their approach to personal customer service. I specifically want to recognize Ashley Pena in branch banking and Tara the branch manager for providing a high level of personal service when it comes to investment options.

Bad experience with unprofessional branch banker went in to change adress on my business account and she told me i have to do it on the phone with customer service. Called customer service and I was told its done at the branch. Went back again to the same person told her that its done in the branch and now she want some proof that I changed the adress and told me she can get me an apointment with the manager .all alone adress changes are done online when i call back the customer service again I find a person who nows what sh... read more
