Please fix the card entrance to the lobby it's has been down for over a month.
Car reader to use the atm is never working. Super inconvenient
Lady with black hair and a black T-shirt just says that she works there with no solution and just blame the third-party. This location has gone downhill so much. It’s been over a month since the Swiper has worked to get into the ATM and it still isn’t fixed. There’s no consideration for people that have to take buses. I’ve met a couple other people that have had the same issues and they’re just sitting back in their chairs talking about how horrible the third-party is why you’re making your deposits.

I have always received excellent service at this branch. I stopped in today and Clifton was super helpful and got me a new debit card printed out quickly. Never had any issues with the customer service here and will continue to bank with them.
