PNC is awful. Not sure why but all my auto payments for electric water etc etc etc etc have to be redone. This transition has cost me so much time and the support is non existent
I met with Allison at the Belmar branch and had excellent service.
Everytime I come in the wait is ridiculous!
I was a FirstBank customer for years. My account transitioned to PNC. I had so many issues getting access to my accounts after the change. I waited 3 weeks to get access to my bill pay, and finally cancelled my accounts. PNC continued sending scheduled bill payments, but wouldn't tell me what they were for or when they would go out. I finally got a call from corporate, the best they could do is MAIL me a list of bill pay transactions that had cleared my account. I could already see this in my bank activity.
