Not sure of the tellers name that was working in this office today 9/10/2023 approximately 12:30pm, but he was very rude and said that no PNC Bank could cash the check I had from Progressive Insurance because of too much fraud, but all he would have had to do was call and verify the check and amount. He was clearing just assuming because of my appearance that the check was fake. Because I came to another PNC branch and they were sure able to cash the check for me no problems, no questions asked. Slowest branch. No people or not enough people. Has a wierd feeling and there is high turnover.
Terrible service and never enough staff. Go to any other branch
If I could give zero stars, I would this location is extremely pointless. Not sure why they even have stuff on site they’re useless.
I have been a customer for many years. I was surprised at the help I received and how easy it was to replace my ATM card! Thank you!
