I originally went in to apply for a credit card because I couldn't do it online like most other credit cards. So, I made the appointment and went in. I was in there for an hour and in the middle of processing my credit card request they had technical difficulties so couldn't finish it. I then found out that the reason they couldn't process it was because they didn't accept the answer "prefer not to answer" when they were asking about my race and gender which was CRAZY to me. I'm sorry that other customers, didn't realize the type of service it offers @ this location... However, the only thing I use this #PNC location for is to pay on my credit card on a computer/ATM, that you can get cash safely & pay a payment on my credit card. I also know from when they first opened this location, I was hoping that it was indeed a full service bank that was opening in #Belmar #Colorado #Lakewood, but it isn't the case. This bank is living in the stone age and is run by sloppy fraudsters. I have been attempting to close my account for 2 months and they simply will not let me. They keep locking me out, suspending my account, charging me with random made up charges, its actually insane. I am being held hostage financially by PNC bank.
