Haveing to wait 30min to get a replacement card. Meanwhile two businesses bankers are sitting in there offices. No one here is very friendly. I really hate having to come to this branch.
All, I am a large African-American man. I went into his bank yesterday to open a business account, and I believe I interacted with a young lady, by the name of Josephine. Her attitude was terrible. She immediately made an assumption about who I was, and what I stand for. I was prepared to deposit a large sum of money into this institution, and was excited about the opportunity. EL ATM ROBA TU DINERO, fui anoche a hacer un deposito y la maquina tardo 1min procesando mi deposito y luego se bloqueo, se fue fuera de servicio, sin nisiquiera dar un recibo!! Cuando llegue a casa me di cuenta en la app, que no efectuó mi deposito!!! Tengan cuidado.
