Made a call to place a change order and asked if it was possible to pick up today around 1pm and the lady on the phone rudely and quickly said “No”. It was silent for about 3 awkward seconds before I spoke first to asked for a reason as to why it was just no. As a recent PNC customer, I had done all the work of setting up my accounts online, but I wanted to see what kind of customer service I would find at a branch. When I walked into the branch, I was greeted by someone within a few seconds, and was able to have a conversation that gave me the information I needed. No appointment necessary, as happens at some other banks. So far, I'm a very satisfied PNC customer!
Calls never get picked up
Haveing to wait 30min to get a replacement card. Meanwhile two businesses bankers are sitting in there offices. No one here is very friendly. I really hate having to come to this branch.
