Sorry PNC you just lost my business. What started out as a promising visit quickly turned to a waste of time. Made an appointment to open a business account during the week. The manager was having computer issues so they put us with another banker, Josephine, who started off the conversation with an attitude. I explained how I already had an application filled out, so was hoping we could just do the verification. She was frustrated saying that they can’t just pull the application. The service was great, very nice and proactive.
Today was my outreach marketing day, I stopped at PNC Bank and was greeted by a gentleman, who guided me to Donna Dunlap who is the AVP Branch Manager and she was such a delight. Donna immediately greeted me and thanked me for the gift bags. Donna informed me someone from her team would reach out to Raveneaux Apartments and we would have some information for our tenants. Donna and her team were such a delight to meet. Props to PNC Bank and their onsite team.
