Great bank, tho I do miss the free tea. The customer service is very quick. And they are very welcoming and sweet.
This bank is trash can't even cash there own check i gave my Texas I.d card my ss card and tdlr card and dint have enough proof to cash check real sad ...
Worst service ever!!! Before going to this office I read some bad reviews about it and I thought, these reviewers must be wrong. My visit to this branch proved them right.!!, really bad service. I went to correct some information in my account, I was the only one at the branch, I walked to the door of the only cubicle that had an employee in it, she was doing something on her phone (not really sure it was work related), she ignored me, I step into the cubicle and she promptly in a very rude way told me to go back to the lobb... read more
