I had to count all my money out, the change, and roll the coins myself while the teller stood there and did nothing. Further, she started asking me personal questions that were none of her business. You can't deposit more than 5000 online or the app in a given month, or more than 2K a day. I go to another branch because of the staff at this one.

You use a bank for two things access to your money and good customer service. This banks ATM is never functioning correctly and their customer service is subpar. Take your business elsewhere.

This branch use to be a very friendly branch. I miss the old team. They were friendly and caring. Now if you want to speak to a banker they are not happy to see you. I called the banker on the phone and she gave me a hard time. Not sure if she was having a bad day or did it on purpose. All I need was bank statement. I have worked in the bank too but never treated my clients this way. Will not be returning to the banker in this branch.
