Worst service. Waited nearly an hour just to be seen to open a new account. Someone finally made the decision to help people who only there for a debit card, which reduced the number of people waiting in line for one on one service. The lady that helped us was very nice and had just dealt with an irate customer. After she helped us open a new account, she directed us to the teller to actually cash the check! Which put us in another long line for an additional 10 mins. It seems as though management has no idea how to regulate... read more
