New customer of PNC. Went to one spot to get something notarized. No notary. They said to call other branches to check. Called another one. No answer after phone ringing for like 2 minutes. Called this location. The phone was ringing for 8 minutes before anyone answered. Why is this acceptable? Just link your phonetree to a teller and manager line. They also didn't have a notary in. I want to give a zero start but I can’t. This is a complaint I wanted PNC to be aware of. I specifically talked to an employee name Shelby. This person was rude after I advise him that I needed documents printed and signed and notarized. He quoted yes I could help you with that. Once he reviewed my documents. He said he could not print them or help me. And he clearly said he could help me with printing them out and notarizing documents. I really don’t appreciate lying and wasting my time.
