I am a current banker with PNC and I've always had great service. I started a new business and was awarded a relatively small contract, so I contacted PNC to set up a new account. Juan Ortega is the representative at this branch and called me twice the day before the meeting. He was 10 minutes late for the meeting but never apologized. This is probably the worst location I've been to. I thought it was rather weird that one of the employees would call me, invite me over for an appointment, and then cancel on me on the day of the appointment without rescheduling. Nobody ever called me back to reschedule an appointment.
I come to this branch every now and then to make quick deposits or get cash out from ATM. It’s got a weird parking area that gets a little bit intense to get in and out of when there is traffic, but other than that, it’s always been a quick and easy experience and tellers are nice and respectful and fast. 💸
