Albert Ivezaj (employee of this bank) is a very dishonest individual. He purchased a computer monitor from me on eBay. He claimed it was damaged upon receipt. I accepted a return and received a monitor with an entirely different serial number and different cosmetic characteristics. If you are looking for ethical and honest, Albert Ivezaj of Rochester Hills, Michigan is not that person.
I had such a wonderful experience opening my business accounts at PNC Bank. The staff came across as really rude during my visit. I saw them raise their voices at people walking by, and when I needed help, they didn’t seem interested in assisting at all. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and disappointing.
This company stole 320$ dollars from me after a 10 year relationship. I had fraud on my account, it someone got rules it was not fraud. They could not provide and more details about the situation. Please don’t use PNC.
