Bad service. After many years may be switching banks. Just needed a card replacement. 2 reps with one customer while I sat waiting!!
While I have been very happy with PNC Bank, thus far, this particular branch is extremely problematic. First and foremost, THERE IS NO DRIVE THROUGH SEVICE OF ANY KIND! The description claims to have a drive through, but it is completely sealed and closed off. Secondly, the ATM is open to the street with ZERO security in place. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe, especially when 2 large males got in line behind me and stood a bit too close. Walked in with no appointment and they took me immediately. Gary helped me out with a replacement debit card and I was out the door within 10 minutes. Amazing branch and great employees.
Shoutout Malvin Gonzales! Opened a Business Account in less than one hour. Professionalism must be a big part at this branch because the service it has provided me is exceptional.👌 👏
