If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional staff. They will hang up on customers, and Monica in particular was rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, I would not recommend banking with PNC or visiting this location based on my experience.
This bank location better hire someone for chit chat....tellers are slow and keep talking about other issues but getting done business.....
Amazing customer support at this location. I get all done very quickly and very professional.
