I recently visited the PNC location next to Costco on Highway 380 to get a new debit card, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My previous attempts at getting a replacement card were tedious and unsuccessful, but Shawn at this branch completely turned things around. He was incredibly efficient, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. In just 10 minutes, I walked out with my new debit card in hand. Shawn’s professionalism and expertise made all the difference—thank you for such a great experience!
I would highly recommend to work with Elena, Maldonado to get Banking query resolved, She is good representative and will help you to get better services than other associates at the branch. Thief’s and liars. Essentially stole up to $1000 from me in fees. When BBVA closed, and I have been with him for 35 years, I had to go to PNC BANK unfortunately. I am older, and disabled, but I went into the bank, and a guy named Tyrell Patterson helped me. He told me there would be absolutely no fees on any of my accounts. Today, Alberto Bilton and Brandon Jackson went above and beyond while starting my sons first bank account with PNC. Alberto took such good care of us and truly gave my 16 year old some life lessons that meant so much to us. My son left there feeling more confident and kept saying how much he liked Alberto.
