"I visited this PNC branch to get a replacement card because mine broke. I've been waiting for 30 minutes because the person who has the key to access my card is currently in a meeting and refuses to give the key to someone else to assist me. I would not recommend coming to this branch."
I recently visited the PNC location next to Costco on Highway 380 to get a new debit card, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My previous attempts at getting a replacement card were tedious and unsuccessful, but Shawn at this branch completely turned things around. He was incredibly efficient, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. In just 10 minutes, I walked out with my new debit card in hand. Shawn’s professionalism and expertise made all the difference—thank you for such a great experience!
I would highly recommend to work with Elena, Maldonado to get Banking query resolved, She is good representative and will help you to get better services than other associates at the branch.
