This is the worse bank I've ever dealt with. They take no responsibility for their actions, and have no problem hanging their customers out to dry. 2 months ago I tried closing an account that had fraudulent activity. Over the last 2 months they've given me every excuse in the book about why they can't close the account. Now this account is $800 overdrawn. My other account with them has my direct deposit. Went to make a cash deposit & transaction failed...walked inside & they tell me that my account was all of a sudden shut down. Lady couldn't give me a reason why..I get home & call customer support & they also couldn't tell me the reason why...they said they would contact me another day why my account was closed...there's no suspicious activity or a negative balance...DO NOT bank with these people...no wonder they have 2.9 stars in reviews...Pathetic!
Old lady names TARA is racist and rude she needs to be seriously fired asap I’m in the process of making a complaint to corporate right now.
