Online service is terrible. Payments made to various credit cards don't show up for days. No issues when Compass. If didn't have automatic deposits and debits I'd switch to Chase!
This is for the quality of pnc bank not the employees. This bank approves and declines whatever they want too. They turned down a down payment for car I was buying just because they didn't like it. Bank somewhere else. I have never meet a bank so ruthless and careless before pnc
My first brief encounters with PNC involved closing an account on which I served as Power of Attorney. Through this process, Personal Banker Becky Andrews did not pressure me to retain the account, but instead generously offered to serve as a future resource should I need clarification of state banking regulations as POA was a new, unfamiliar role for me.
