Imagine you deposit a check into your account and have to wait almost an entire week for it to get deposited lmao And when they have scheduled overnight maintenance, I cant use my card leaving me stranded multiple times ...this bank is trash and im definitely switching.

Online service is terrible. Payments made to various credit cards don't show up for days. No issues when Compass. If didn't have automatic deposits and debits I'd switch to Chase!
This is for the quality of pnc bank not the employees. This bank approves and declines whatever they want too. They turned down a down payment for car I was buying just because they didn't like it. Bank somewhere else. I have never meet a bank so ruthless and careless before pnc
