Im not sure why this branch of this bank doesn't have a 5 star review from literally everyone. My account set up was easy and painless. Putting my checks in my account also easy and painless. Customer service on the phone AND in person is 10 STAR. They know me by name at the drive through before ive even sent anything up. They walked me through unexpected issues (on my end) with such kindness and compassion. I would 100% recommend this bank and this specific branch to everyone.
Always very helpful, they even open the doors for you when they can. Very pleasant visit every time.

I’m still not sure why it takes 30+ minutes to cash a check that is a PNC check. I’m a PNC account holder. Nobody’s in line. I’m the only one here it’s like the fourth time in a row since I’ve opened this account it takes them that long to cash a check is this a short bus bank or is there something that I’m obviously missing because I don’t see how they could stay in business if they were busy and had a lot of customers how would they be able to keep up?
