I’m still not sure why it takes 30+ minutes to cash a check that is a PNC check. I’m a PNC account holder. Nobody’s in line. I’m the only one here it’s like the fourth time in a row since I’ve opened this account it takes them that long to cash a check is this a short bus bank or is there something that I’m obviously missing because I don’t see how they could stay in business if they were busy and had a lot of customers how would they be able to keep up? Closed my account years ago when PNC took over BBVA. This location has called monthly ever since, attempting to get me to come back by saying "we need to talk about your accounts". I've blocked the number, but they continue to call and leave messages. Even the "branch manager" is calling. What kind of bank has to make these kind of calls? Your lack of business is not my concern, and I'm not sure why the constant calls would convince anyone to return to doing business with you. Would not recommend.
