Love this Bank. Always helpful.
I dont like the policies with PNC bank. I had an account, it got closed and my direct deposit was pending then got rejected. I never experienced that with any bank that I previously had. The lady suggested I make a new account because I couldn't use my old account. I'm a little nervous about my next direct deposit , because I called the number on the back of my new card it says my account is suspended.
I have multiple accounts at PNC. This branch is very slow. Cashing a check can take 30+ minutes with NO line and the teller always needs help or approval from someone else. Tired of wasting my lunch hour here for simple transactions.
