I moved to the area from out of state several months ago, and the staff at this location has been incredibly helpful as I've gotten my business banking established. Alma, Stephen, and Reagan are just a few of the staff that have made my experience with this branch of PNC so good. If you're a small business owner, I definitely recommend you bank here.
Called Bartram Oaks Branch 3 times from 9am to 12:00 pm, waited 10, 12 and 22 minutes each time for someone to answer before I hung up. Had to call their 1-800 to get a representative to transfer me to the branch, to finally have someone pick up. I then asked for a particular bankers direct number, and he said he didnt have it. Then said, well I guess I could get one of her business cards. Yah ya think? WOW! One teller in Bartram Oaks branch with 4 staff in offices. Waited 20 minutes to pay on a LOC loan...no acknowledgement. Ouch...poor.
Financed a vehicle through PNC in late 2025, but later refinanced through my own financial institution. There was an issue with the title transfer, so I stopped by the closest PNC branch (this one) to ask some questions. I was warmly greeted at the front door, and had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Stephen.
