Financed a vehicle through PNC in late 2025, but later refinanced through my own financial institution. There was an issue with the title transfer, so I stopped by the closest PNC branch (this one) to ask some questions. Cynthia is always helpful and professional. Definitely an asset to this branch. The tellers are also very kind and efficient.

I waited 45 minutes when they told me that would be with me in a few minutes and find out only the BM can open a business account. All I saw was the BM sat in the office alone through the glass window. i wasted 45 minutes for nothing and please respect others time.

Unfortunately the staff at this branch is not very knowledgeable and it shows in their customer service. I had to have them call someone to get help as they kept wanting me to "come back". Hoping they get knowledgeable help SOON.
