New, fresh and not to mention, sharp mind over at the brilliantly boring PNC office North Tarrant Pkwy is Kyle and he gets the job done. 5 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
It's four minutes before close and they're not doing anymore services. This place closes before most people are off work and makes services unaccessible. I made the effort to get here before close, had to bring in my two small children, and they spent 2/4 remaining minutes open deciding on whether or not someone could help me with a card replacement. If you close a mystical time before 5- post that time online and on the door.

This location has the worst customer service, especially the branch manager Liz, I highly recommend u not use pnc and if u do avoid this location.
