PNC is garbage. The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They are decades behind in basic tech. I can’t even get started on how incompetent the staff is.. it’s embarrassing for them.
Almost impossible to get anything done. No in-person tellers and the ATM banker can’t take coins, so I spent 15 minutes finding out they couldn’t do anything to help me pay off the $0.13 in my line of credit. It took me nearly six months just to be able to close my account, due to their poor hours and inability to address things in person. PNC is the worst.
Surprised to have a pleasant experience totally different to other experiences posted here. The branch manager Faizan was friendly, attentive and eager to help me, he listened to my issue and took care of it in timely manner and also followed up to see if the issue was resolved.
Idk if its because I work in a field that doesn't require a tie and cufflinks, but anytime I walk in here I'm treated like there isn't enough time jn the day....easy before I take my yearly salary (which is higher than yours) and put it in your competitions hands.
