Theresa and i opened a savings account today with Tracie Wiant she was great we felt right at home with her. she is at the Edenton Nc office.
Pleasant experience and good environment to be in.
It is February 22 and I been sitting at PNC Bank drive thru for 15 minutes and on top of that won't even pick up the phone. I'm not sure got one person working the whole bank but need to do better.
