Drive up ATM literally NEVER WORKS!! Ridiculous and irritating. Come on PNC.. do better
Shelley was absolutely fantastic to work with! I called and met with her on multiple occasions to help me with my account and each time she was professional, kind and very helpful. She made the process seamless!
I went into the location other than my most preferred to get a replacement card as I seem to have loss my debit card. The greeter was polite but the man trying to help me with getting a new card KNOWS their card printing machine is not working and proceed to create two or more new debit cards. If you know that important equipment is broken, why hasnt an IT it tech person come out and actually work on it. I'm glad he had the common sense to not cancel my losses card in favor for a replacement card that hasn't print otherwise ... read more
This location is worthless. They are rude and can't open up a business account. PNC is just needs to figure out what customer service means because they are clueless.
