I was waiting for like an hour for somebody in the desk area . He never came out. They just let me there waiting and waiting. At the end I just left and told them I’m gonna find another bank so I got the service that needs.
More than 35 minutes for replacement a debit card. And that’s a time Im having to wait before me, others 🤷♀️
I want to the bank wendesday because I called off at work. Went inside the reception told me that they were book up and I told her that I can only come on the weekends. I want there it was a lady before me so the banker saw her and I was next to be called this banker called this other guy and he wasn't in the bank long I believe the banker name was Oscar I waited for almost 1hour and he calls another person so I got pissed off and left this is not a good bank to do business at .
The ATM is a nightmare, too slow.
