I’ve stuck with PNC for years, but I’ve officially had enough. Over the weekend, I tried to use one of their own ATMs — and surprise, it wasn’t working (again). I called customer service and was told I could request a refund for fees after the transaction posted. I followed the rules. Reached back yesterday while it was pending — was told to wait. ATM is always down
Wouldn’t make a BAD check right!
Got rid of drive through tellers leaving the frequently malfunctioning ATM as the only option. Experiences with the office staff are terrible. Take your money across the street to Regions. This branch will be out of business before too long.
