Called regarding a land loan at 12:49 on Tuesday 3/24. No one answered the phone. It just kept looping to another number... unacceptable. How do you stay in business! Rediculous
No banking on weekends when people have time to get to the bank???
Used the bank for the first time today. The customer service was outstanding. I will increase the amount of banking indo there if the service stays like it was today. Very helpful with my auto payment. Then helped get my app in order. After that informed me of all options for investment they offered. It was a good experience.
