The bank is just another liar. The bank claims to offer a checking account for individuals with bad banking history, but it is a lie. If you have bad banking, you will be denied the opportunity to open their so called second chance checking account. I know my problem, but I cannot fix it, because no bank will give me a chance.
So I saw a local guide on here give this PNC branch's service a 1.... I have been with PNC for a very long time and do they make mistakes sure, as do we all. In fact I was in the branch today handling an issue that wasn't major, but the branch manager, Nick, pulled me into his office to be certain the very minor issue was resolved. PNC has never done a reversal on me in my 15 or better year tenure. They have done far more good for me than bad and I am thrilled with their service and this branch is phenomenal. the service here is exquisite, like banks of old, haven't experienced such attentive and competent service in probably a decade. Many thanks to everyone there, particularly to Mr. Lakhani and to Ms. Viswanathan, it was an such an unexpectedly bright experience
