Nick lakhani branch manager great service.
I went to this branch to withdraw a large sum of money needed for a transaction same day. Unknowingly, I did not have the most updated information for my drivers license and I do not use a debit card for PNC, so the branch team didn't at first see a way to help me, suggesting my wife, who was working one hour away, come make the withdrawal. service is extremely slow and they are severely short staff. Should not take 30 mins to make a deposit everyone i come in. At least when I walked in the same guy finally walked in from the back to assist one other client but… service is slow
People at this office are always very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Truly the best PNC in the area.
