Now this bank tells me to contact them on Facebook instead of contacting me directly - they are "hands off" and do not care. Awful. Worst Bank experiences ever. Can't wait to leave them. Really the worst banking service I have ever seen - every time I go there they say "make an appt" and they are standing there with nothing to do and they won't help you. Awfl.

You need an appointment and traffic sucks getting here. Parking is expensive. Dont come if you arent scheduled.
