The branch managers at CELJETA APOSTOL are terrible managers. They messed up a simple method like money transfers, and my money disappeared. When I went back to talk to them, instead of finding a solution, they just argued with me. I definitely do not recommend this bank at all; the employees and the company's way of working are really bad.
Now this bank tells me to contact them on Facebook instead of contacting me directly - they are "hands off" and do not care. Awful. Worst Bank experiences ever. Can't wait to leave them. Really the worst banking service I have ever seen - every time I go there they say "make an appt" and they are standing there with nothing to do and they won't help you. Awfl.
