I ve NEVER heard of making a appointment to open a additional bank account. Didn't even ask if I had a account there.
These people are absolutely fantastic they go out of their way to make sure all of your financial needs are taken care of and they are absolutely a pleasure to deal with would highly recommend 10 out of 10 Great people!!!
Tried to *deposit* my boyfriends check into his account but the lazy girl(dark hair) at the window wouldn't look up his account to do it, said that I HAVE to have his account number. Bullcrap! That's why I bank with State Employees. Never had an issue in all my years with them. What a joke of a bank!!
This bank has the worst customer service. Long wait times, promises to call you with info but never do, don’t answer phones.
