The employees at this Bernardsville PNC Branch are outstanding in the service they provide. The Bank Tellers are friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been assisted by a number of their officers, most recently Anthony and Matthew. Anthony expedited documents I needed for our recent closing on the sale of my home. I called this branch of PNC to get an appointment with the manager, as I needed a Medallion Guaranteed Signature to transfer stocks held by my dad who passed. I was assured that I would get a call back from her. She was reportedly in a meeting at the time. After two days and no call, I visited the bank and was told she was in a conference. Again I was assured she would call me as soon as she was free, but she never did.
