The employees at this Bernardsville PNC Branch are outstanding in the service they provide. The Bank Tellers are friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been assisted by a number of their officers, most recently Anthony and Matthew. Anthony expedited documents I needed for our recent closing on the sale of my home. saturday, a busy day, only 1 person behind counter actually helping, while there are 6 people on the line
I called this branch of PNC to get an appointment with the manager, as I needed a Medallion Guaranteed Signature to transfer stocks held by my dad who passed. I was assured that I would get a call back from her. She was reportedly in a meeting at the time. After two days and no call, I visited the bank and was told she was in a conference. Again I was assured she would call me as soon as she was free, but she never did. The staff members are helpful and friendly. We have received excellent service over the years and have stayed with this bank largely because, when we need it, it has a convenient in-person branch as well as plenty of ATMs. Some of its processes are slow, which is why I gave it a 4, not a 5, star rating.
