If FYI I love my pnc bank. I submitted a name change after my marriage 2x online didn't work. Could even open a 2nd account for my new job under my new name. Just got it done made huge had to have my marriage license well guess what they never looked at it nothing all they seen was a fold white paper used my new name ID to get it done so what was the issue with using my ID to it before. Completely stupid wanted paper they never even looked at
