New to area , opened checking account for direct deposit and 1rst check arrived as a paper check from State of West Virginia. I deposited it into account and was flagged fraudulent. Now going into day 3 of funds being held hostage I have recieved no answers on why, absolutely no help on resolving this issue, called pnc fraud Department numerous times unable to speak with anyone, left at least 6 voice messages requesting return call none has happened, requested an escalation Department and told by bank manager I had to wait 2... read more
PNC is most likely the worst bank ever. I was told a replacement credit card was coming to the branch but it never arrived. I have tried to get one delivered and they have told me 3 times it was in the mail, gave me a tracking number that didn't exist but said it would be here. Called for the 6th time to find out it's never even been mailed. Closing all of my accounts as they are completley incompetent at all levels.
I have found this branch in gladwin very helpful and friendly settling my mother's accounts. The holland branch was very difficult to deal with, setting two appointments requiring me to drive there and rescheduling on both occasions.
Usually good, but hard to get an appointment to talk with a loan officer.
