If I could give ZERO , I would!!! Worst PNC BANK I’ve ever been to. Staff are very rude and aren’t helpful. Visit one in Spring, Tx and that bank definitely the best one to go to.
Max.. their “branch manager” wouldn’t even TRY to solve my problem over the phone… he’s been there, “for 5 years” and knows they wont.. when I had already been in the branch and verified my identity. Oh Max….this is why people are going to banking services like Chime.. it’s funny Max, Mr 5 years.. lol… when you said you, “had no idea why [I] needed to be In the branch..” was that because of your vast knowledge of the internal processes at PNC…. I had a great experience with Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to assist me in contacting Zelle and resolving an issue with my account. During the process, we had a brief and pleasant conversation, and he also took the opportunity to share some of the services PNC offers that could benefit both myself and the employees at my company. Mr. Herman was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire interaction. I truly appreciate his support and excellent customer service.
