By far one of the worst banks you could ever bank, do business, or even be associated with! From managers down to hourly employees, worst customer service, no notices to inform you of any activities pertaining your account until the last minute, and it only takes 1 mistake or hiccup for them to close your account again without warning or notification. I have been a PNC customer for over 15 years and today after visiting this location I strongly wanted to close my accounts and take my business elsewhere because of the uncomfortable customer service experience I had at this location. I came into the Bissonnet branch this morning around 10 am I was initially serviced by the teller Anne for I wanted to make a withdraw, she needed approval from her manager but there seemed to be an issue.
