They cannot deal with customers when they actually need service but insist on calling when account goes negative for the first time in years of service with this bank. 2024 2025 place is still trash. They were supposed to close this account when I went in MONTHS ago. I only knew it wasn’t closed cause I got an accidental Zelle which of course they took the service fees for the last couple months when this account was not even meant to be open. YEARS OF FRUSTRATION WITH THIS BANK.

Three stars because I have no issue with the branch. While trying to reset my password on the app, I was prompted to call customer service. PNC makes this process easy; go through simple prompts, and there was an agent on the line within 3 minutes. Delightful! However, the agent was rude and unresponsive. There was dead air when I asked questions. She finally tells me that I have to go into the branch to resolve my issue. Naturally, I asked why; she repeated, "You have to go into the branch."
