Walked in and was immediately greeted by Chris! Chris was super friendly and very helpful. Chris went above and beyond with my banking needs even setting me up with a better new account option then what I had originally planned. Chris is super friendly and seems to really enjoy his job! I will definitely be returning to this location because of Chris!
I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this location, but my experience was the complete opposite. Chris was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend this location! If you’re in the area and need banking assistance, definitely stop by and check them out.
Terrible service I waited for 20 minutes to get change for $100 just for the lady in the front to try to talk me into being with pnc and once i refused to do it right then and there she handed me my money back and rejected to give me change. This is terrible service, never push anything upon anyone!
Would never bank here.
Janice is a procrastinator if you ever get money withdrawn from an account. She messed up my transaction 3 times before I could get any money out. She claims she was a back up teller.
