The tellers were great and tried to help but they needed to refer me to a "Banker" and was told they would reach out soon. However after over an hour of waiting....Nothing. I called in to see why nobody had and was given excuses by the lady on the phone. I stated that must be why your Google reviews are 3.3 poor customer service it was at that point she abruptly state "Ok have a good day someone would help when they could they were super busy today....goodbye" and hung up. Not this branch specifically, but PNC definitely takes money away from their customers via ridiculous fees. I should have just closed the account completely when I switched my main banking to another bank that credits military members early (like USAA). I was only with PNC because my bank (Compass then BBVA) switched over. I do NOT recommend banking with PNC.

Omg and they steal from You. Will never return to be a PNC customer… $35 for even $1 overdraft fee for each time. Now I see how the rich only get richer I see where they stand and I promise to never to return.

Wow, I had the best experience here with the entire staff but Gabriel was amazing and he helped us out in more ways than he knows. For my first time going into the bank, the help I received was great. Please tell him that he did an amazing job helping me. I appreciate his patience and kindness. When I came in I was upset from another bank but my time with him and the staff was wonderful. Thank you, Gabriel. Give him a raise. From Ishea Caesar! Keep up the great work.
