I have never been more put off with the lack of customer service as I was today. With four people waiting in line a banker approached a gentleman who just walked in and immediately helped him. Meanwhile myself and the four other customers waited for 15 additional minutes! Do better PNC. I’ve had nothing but problems…. One good experience out of 11 interactions is poor at best. Talk to your people! To add we weren’t even acknowledged!
Really friendly staff and great service
Senior citizen traveling with small dog just wanted to get smaller bills from $100 in person. Bank wouldn't do that smallest customer service without an account with bank. It literally would entail looking at bill (that nowadays have simple ways to confirm they are real) and opening a cash drawer to give me 5 -$20 back. Nope! Wouldn't do it. Been banking with them for years now and can't even get help to pay off a pathetic 500 dollar credit card what's the point of banking here ?
