Really friendly staff and great service
Senior citizen traveling with small dog just wanted to get smaller bills from $100 in person. Bank wouldn't do that smallest customer service without an account with bank. It literally would entail looking at bill (that nowadays have simple ways to confirm they are real) and opening a cash drawer to give me 5 -$20 back. Nope! Wouldn't do it. Been banking with them for years now and can't even get help to pay off a pathetic 500 dollar credit card what's the point of banking here ?
Wouldn't bank with them ever. Customer service is terrible along with their customer service lines. They won't help with anything. I wouldn't trust them.
