September 19, 2025, I received wonderful customer service from the branch manager. She was very patient and pleasant & assisted me in getting my account Reconciled. I thoroughly enjoy visiting the PNC Oxon Hill branch location. Even with staff shortages, all the employees even the security guard are always pleasant and always willing to provide great customer service. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Jayden was very helpful and I got my business done quickly.
The ATMs are always broke and never available to use. When they do work, they eat your card up and sometimes don't give back the card.
I brought my mom here to handle her banking business, she normally goes to DC branches. I wish I had taken her to DC.
Horrible experience. The MANAGER took care of me and lied to me about when my money would be available. She cause my car insurance to lapsed as well as my car note. All over a lie. I called back Monday she told me sorry for inconvenience but it’ll be there tonight. It’s Tuesday my money still wasn’t available because of something I had previously asked her to check before preceding with cashing my check and making the deposit!!!! I am pissed.
