I brought my mom here to handle her banking business, she normally goes to DC branches. I wish I had taken her to DC.
Horrible experience. The MANAGER took care of me and lied to me about when my money would be available. She cause my car insurance to lapsed as well as my car note. All over a lie. I called back Monday she told me sorry for inconvenience but it’ll be there tonight. It’s Tuesday my money still wasn’t available because of something I had previously asked her to check before preceding with cashing my check and making the deposit!!!! I am pissed. If I could give this branch negative stars, I would in a heart beat!!! I’ve been a PNC customer for a very long time and this hands-down is the worst branch in the entire network of PNC’s nationwide. It’s so terrible. I had to call Customer Service and deal with their customer relations department because of how terrible of service this branch has.
Scheduled multiple appointments to open a biz bank account. Branch relationship manager was never there each time and never reached out despite me leaving my documents and contact info.
PNC is a joke of a bank.... been with then since 2012 and made realize you have to use more than 1 bank .... never put all your money in one place
