If I could give this branch negative stars, I would in a heart beat!!! I’ve been a PNC customer for a very long time and this hands-down is the worst branch in the entire network of PNC’s nationwide. It’s so terrible. I had to call Customer Service and deal with their customer relations department because of how terrible of service this branch has.
Scheduled multiple appointments to open a biz bank account. Branch relationship manager was never there each time and never reached out despite me leaving my documents and contact info.
PNC is a joke of a bank.... been with then since 2012 and made realize you have to use more than 1 bank .... never put all your money in one place
The people are nice and knowledgeable but there's always 1 teller and 1 customer service rep to help out the customers and there's always about 5 or more people waiting to speak with customer service. I have been up there about 3 times this week and can not see anyone during my lunch break due to lack of help. The people who are working is doing the best that they can but management need to hire more employees to get the lines moving! Hello all. I have been visiting this PNC location periodically for many years and with PNC for over few decades. I walk out of the branch after my transactions with uneasy, not always due to finance but of customer care from this branch. each time I think of writing a review but always thought of let it go.
