I cannot say enough good things about this branch and its team. I’ve worked closely with Tasha, who is the ‘Financial Sales Consultant’ at this location and she has went out of her way to not only make sure my father’s banking needs are met, but she has constantly been in touch with me to check on his health. BBVA Oneonta is much more than just a bank, it’s an extended family who truly cares about their clients.
Horrible service and charged me 10 dollars to cash there own check giving a 1 star because because there is no 0 stars
