Brilliantly Inefficient It was one of 4 banks I visited mid-morning one Saturday. Each bank had between 2 to 5 customers and 3 to 4 staff. All others, I was done in 5-10 min. PNC, it was 35 minutes to drop off a mortgage payment. I waited as 2 customers spent over 30 minutes with 2 different tellers. Would not recommend PNC or this branch.
Great bank always helpfull
Stephanie here at Paoli is one of the best. The entire team here at this Paoli location is amazing. This is my number one stop for my PNC banking needs. Thank you guys again.
The worst banking experience I've ever dealt with. The give you the run around between going to the branch and 800 numbers. My recommendation is to pull out all of your money, cancel your account and use another bank. If I could give 0 stars I would
I have been banking at the PNC Branch in Paoli for several years and thought it is about time I leave a review. I bank there because of their fantastic customer service. No matter what I need to do (one time it was stopping payment on a check, and I was very nervous), they are there to help me. The manager, the tellers - every one is professional, knowledgeable, and always has my best interests at heart.
