I have been banking at the PNC Branch in Paoli for several years and thought it is about time I leave a review. I bank there because of their fantastic customer service. No matter what I need to do (one time it was stopping payment on a check, and I was very nervous), they are there to help me. The manager, the tellers - every one is professional, knowledgeable, and always has my best interests at heart.
So happy we still have this pnc branch in our community. Great staff and wonderful service - I wouldn’t wanna bank at PnC if this branch didn’t exist.
I have been a PNC customer for 31 years, and the service at this branch is the best I've ever had. The manager Beth Oakley is the definition of someone who goes above and beyond for customer service. My (grown) kids have their own accounts here and does my business -- the service I got when the business was small was outstanding, so as we have grown I have continued to stay here.
Sometimes nice, most times not. This particular branch (Paoli) is never very helpful.
