I unfortunately have PNC for only ONLY for a car payment! I think They are beyond SLOW at this location or no staff. They Open at 9am I sit in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me until 9:17am with zero hopes of any action. I have to go here monthly and it never gets better. I leave go to another PNC branch Georgesville Sq and it's the same way.😂! I feel bad for people who are regular bankers with them and the staff that have to run the inside and drive thru alone with no help.
Perhaps the SLOWEST PNC bank in Columbus. At least in the drive-through, it takes about 20min for them to deal with just 1 customer. The parking lot isn't even full, you'd think that there was only one person working in there.
Easy to work with.
I don't bank with them and won't ever but my car payment is through them . I have to come to a branch monthly to pay my car note. Be prepared to wait!!! They are beyond SLOW! I MEAN SLOW!! you can wait 20 mins just for help.
Service is very slow here wish they wore more smooth and organized like others waiting too long to get a notary 😞 still waiting for over 45 minutes
