This location was never a full service bank, there was never more than two employees working at a time. The services including customer service were bare minimum at best. An employee there would call me constantly with PNC offers(spam)at the worst possible times. PNC will be closing this location sometime in May 2023. There aren’t many branches in the area to choose from, so for costumers who live in the area and rather not drive to Passaic, it’s a big inconvenience. I've been with PNC a little long time, but I don't understand how your atm can't accept cash money and you don't have a live teller on duty to make a cash deposit. We're in the tristate area not somewhere in Nebraska.
This location is becoming appointment only with no walk up depositing. Only 1 person works here. Businesses can't have this on a daily basis. There are better banks out there with more staff and better hours.
