Horrible customer service. They won't even honor checks written off their own bank. My driver's license wasn't good enough ID to cash my State check. I am disabled and need my medication. Thank goodness my own credit union doesn't hold these checks and was able to get my medication. Pretty sad when another bank will honor their checks before they will. I will never deal with this bank again.

I went into PNC bank to make a student checking account and my banker was mohd shakir, this guy first thing off the bat is amazing. He explained everything so well and even had a nice talk afterwards. I was very pleased with his service very nice guy and amazing person. More banks need people like Mr.Shamir, such excellent service

Worthless bank, they will fee you until you are broke and lie when you ask where the fees came from and why they were not there when you opened your account.
