No problem banking
The staff are friendly and helpful within the realm of what PNC Bank lets them do. There is not an actual bank teller and it is all through the ATM or talking to a virtual teller through the ATM. There are many services that one would expect from a “solution center” but they cannot provide as there is not an actual teller. I had to open a supplementary account at Chase with an actual teller.
I totally forget her name but the woman who helped me was amazing! Made getting a replacement card so easy!!
The gentleman I called and spoke to said they would not cash the check that was issued to me by one of their business clients unless I paid him a 2% fee. He said, if I would open an account and deposit the entire check, it would be available the next day. Meaning I would have to go all the way back out to their branch to close the account the day after it was opened. When I told the guy that I didn't want to open an account with him in order to be able to get the money owed to me from this company, he very rudely hung up on ... read more
