I totally forget her name but the woman who helped me was amazing! Made getting a replacement card so easy!!
The gentleman I called and spoke to said they would not cash the check that was issued to me by one of their business clients unless I paid him a 2% fee. He said, if I would open an account and deposit the entire check, it would be available the next day. Meaning I would have to go all the way back out to their branch to close the account the day after it was opened. These people are the WORST!!! DO NOT GO HERE! They had my 5000 dollar cash amount in my account that they froze and refused to wrote a check for the amount that I was owed. They have NO CONTROL OVER ANY OF YOUR MONEY AND, if you havw a check you deposit make sure that the amount of the check is covered in the account or they will freeze and lock all your assets and make you come up there just for nothing. I cursed that dumb manager with the fried black hair out and all of them. They said you have to wait until your written a... read more

I just went to get some cash and not knowing quite how to operate the teller application,Tyler graciously came to my rescue and talked me through it. Withdrawal was complete. Everyone at this location is welcoming and very helpful.
