Have a question about investment options but wanted to call first before spending time going in to the branch. Tried multiple times and no one would answer the phone. Tried again a week later and apparently no one answers the phone at this location. Very disappointing. Guess I should see if another bank will answer the phone, maybe they are interested in handling my investments.

The deposit box needs to be fixed. It should open on the first try. We shouldn't have to fiddle with it to get it to work.
