Today was a pleasant one 3-27-25. I was greeted immediately and signed in and waited to be seen. I met with April and it was so cool we had the same name! Spelling and all she was so nice and we shared laughs and little stories due to our namesakes! and all the while mutually handing the business at hand!. She successfully closed my account and I plan to return once I get back on my feet from my other retina detachment surgeries and recoveries. 3 months just to get access to my online banking and still not able to access it no help at all unprofessional don't waste you're time coming to this branch, the worst pnc branch I been to in the area.
All these people are trying to do is get you to open credit cards so you'll go into debt faster, and to get you to give them all of your money to invest. The bank not only falsified my credit score, done sent back 3 different ones but it keeps pushing all these loans on me I'd easily qualify for but they won't give me a heloc hich actually helps benefit my business and helps cash flow.
