Giving two stars because of their friendly security guard, whose conversation will help make the 30 min to an hour + wait tolerable. Unfortunately, this branch moves in slow motion. The ATM out front only works half of the time while the ATM in the drive through lane disappeared last year at some point and has not yet been replaced. If corporate doesn’t want to resolve these issues, they should staff this branch appropriately so there isn’t a long wait time no matter what time you come in. This is a great bank. I use PNC for my work accounts. I only cash and deposit checks. Everyone in there is helpful. There is one gentleman who is always going above and beyond. It’s great they operate like a bank should and still have CASH. What’s up with cashless banks?? Anyways. This is a great establishment.
