Kind greeter, but this bank doesn't have a notary. Banks make an incredible amount of money off people. For them to not have a notary shows a lack of care for the customer experience. That's like going to a restaurant that has no napkins.
Team here is always helpful and kind and quick to help.
After receiving poor customer service at another PNC location, I walked into the De Zavala location because I had had a good experience with them in the past, and I can happily say that my experience today was positive again. Initially, the gentleman that greeted me seemed confused about what I was asking but another gentleman, Jon, stepped up and gave clarification and politely directed me to the bank teller.
