Even though I called 2 minutes till closing I was still graded on the other end of the line by a very helpful very kind and polite teller.

Natalia was so so helpful, I had an emergency to close my account and open a new one and let me tell you, she did just that. Not only did she help me close an account the new account I have has a reserved account just for bills. I couldn't be more satisfied with how she explained everything to me and went step by step on what charges were.
Natalia was so nice and caring during our consultation, very sweet lady.
