Absolutely horrible and disrespectful service. They took and stamped the back of a check from a client I was depositing, THEN told me they couldn’t deposit it, when I’ve had no issues from this client before. Now I have to go back to my client and get a new check, which ruins my professionalism because of their mismanagement and changing their rules. Cancelled my account here today, go anywhere else.
My parents were PNC customers their entire adult lives so when I started working I opened accounts in a PNC. I have been 100% satisfied with their services and staff for 40 years. The 800 number and the branch staff are constantly friendly, patient and professional. I wouldn’t use any other bank!
