I need a bank that can give me my money in cash if I need to withdraw or deposit cash. Not an ATM service. All PNC bank centers are not able to give you cash or are able to allow you to withdraw all your money immediately.
The associate we got stuck with was rude and unhelpful. Left us mid-sentence several times to assist other customers, and then refused to complete a transaction they admitted they could because "they weren't comfortable" using PNC's own standards for the required paperwork (they spent too long ignoring us, went past closing and fed us that line to get us out the door).
Go to the next nearest PNC branch. They are not helpful at all.
