Manager refused to cash a pnc check because they refused to call and confirm the check making me sit in the lobby while they are paid to do nothing. Go to another bank if you can what a joke this place is. Jodi Levitan refused to call amd verify the check for zero reason other then waste time. Get this person out of manager position and find someone willing to pick up a phone for a customer.

0 stars, ATM always says “unavailable” or “error” or “cannot process transaction”. Go to US bank right down the block, they are friendlier and the ATM has no issues. thanks PNC. waste of time.
